  11. Hello there,
  12.     In a problem (EMF class) with wedge shaped capacitor 
  13. (instead of parallel), one is required to find the dominant mode of 
  14. propagation.  Fringing effect is neglected, and the plates are assumed
  15. to have perfect conductivity.

  17.     Can anyone explain what 'dominant mode of propagtion' refers
  18. to in the context?
