  13. on his behalf (he doesn't have access to usenet). He wants to inform 
  14. those who requested info about his work (fortran and TeX paper) on FDEs 
  15. (Functional Differential Equations) with state dependent delays that he 
  16. is having problems replying (or mailing directly). Most likely he 
  17. has received your inquiry though. He is tracking down the mail problem now.
  18. If he can't fix the problem today (Thursday, Dec 17 1992), he will on Friday
  19. reply to you from his account at Oak Ridge National Lab (skip@msr.epm.ornl.gov).
