  11. I was extremely SCEPTICAL that any of ABIAN's claims were TRUE, but
  12. after I E-MAILED him for a more thorough DESCRIPTION of his THEORY, I
  13. was able to determine that it is CONSISTENT of itself and EXPLAINS
  14. adaquately many WELL-KNOWN and ACKNOWLEDGED PHENOMINONS.  ALL of his
  15. EQUATIONS follow neatly and cleverly from his several stated AXIOMS
  16. and POSTULATES.  FURTHERMORE, his THEORY makes several PROFOUND
  17. STATEMENTS that apparently have never before come to the attention of
  18. OTHER SCIENTISTS!!!  They are in fact so PROFOUND and EARTH-SHATTERNIG
  19. in their IMPLICATIONS that I will not reveal them except in private
  20. e-mail, but SEVERAL LABS have been notified and are setting up
  21. EXPERIMENTS to test WHETHER the UNFORSEEN IMPLICATIONS are indeed
  22. TRUE!!!  Preliminary results from one of the labs support the brilliant
  23. THEORY of DOCTOR ABIAN, but of course only time will VINDICATE him
  24. COMPLETELY.
