  14.  Abian needs to submit his theory in an article to Physica D, the
  15.  appropriate journal for this kind of thing. This has no place in
  16.  sci.chem, it's a waste of bandwidth. Publications in the New Scientist
  17.  are OK, but he really needs to get into some sort of refereed journal,
  18.  and OUT OF THIS NEWSGROUP !!!!!
