  23. What has happened here in fact, on the basis of persistent attacks
  24. from overseas on the various issues we are addressing, is that we do
  25. what we feel is necessary and/or appropriate under our sovereign powers
  26. and then just keep quite about it.

  28. You may appreciate that we are really quite civilised here; tolerant
  29. and amenable to discussion, up to a point. In other countries you are
  30. just as likely to be deported, imprisonned, or shot if the situation
  31. became extreme.
