- Welcome to the real world of engineering. Very few of the
- companies that I have worked for or have come into contact with have
- good engineering managements.
- In fact, if anyone out there does work for a well-managed company I
- would like to hear about it. What are the characteristics of a
- well-managed company? Why do you think your company is well-managed?
