  23. I second this motion.  It would really shake them up, as it did the
  24. Europeans.  However, notice that the US Dept of Agriculture is behind 
  25. the mover against the farm subsidies in Europe.  There is not American
  26. government entity with the kind of clout in electronics that the Dept 
  27. of Agriculture has in farming.
