- I second this motion. It would really shake them up, as it did the
- Europeans. However, notice that the US Dept of Agriculture is behind
- the mover against the farm subsidies in Europe. There is not American
- government entity with the kind of clout in electronics that the Dept
- of Agriculture has in farming.
