- On second thought, a 'library' type security system might be
- just what you need.

- Each box gets its own unique strip -- no active parts, no
- batteries, just a computer to keep track of the box and its strip
- signature. Ping the whole pallet and listen for the unique
- signature of the wanted box. Build some df into the listener and
- you could ping a whole quadrant or shelf area of the warehouse.
- So over all you need the strips, a database manager for the
- signatures, and a smart listener that will say yes/no for one
- particular signature.
