  15. One way to make black plastic decals with white text is the following:

  17. - Print out the text/graphics on transparent film on a laser printer
  18.  
  19. - Go into a darkroom
  20.  
  21. - Take a plastic (not real paper) photo paper for plack and white photos
  22.  
  23. - Put the transparent film on top of it and turn some light on it
  24.   (can't give you the time, it was many years since I did this)
  25.  
  26. - Process it as ordinary photo papers
