  18. QST still has some theory, but they get very few hard theory articles, and
  19. so publish very few.

  24.   Quarterly        to sort of apologize for taking over Ham Radio
  25.             (which used to be the most technical ham radio
  26.             magazine).  Published four times a year and
  27.             fairly expensive, but has significant technical
  28.             content.

  30. QEX            Published by the ARRL; more technical content
  31.             and no contest results :-).  Recently, they had
  32.             an article on DSP theory which served as a companion
  33.             to a DSP construction article in QST.  Monthly, but
  34.             very thin; needs more contributors.
