- I had one of these devices. I can't help you on where to get one but they
- are cheap and should be readily available at electronic specialty stores.
- If they don't have'm ask to look in a catalog to order one special.

- They are simply devices that plug into an existing telephone jack and
- measure the line resistance. There is a gree and red led one the device.
- The green one is lit all the time. If the line resistance drops, the red
- led lights up. This will let you know if anyone picks up or turns on
- anything while you are on the phone.
