- They are made by Hitachi. I have lots of data on them.

- Internally, they are self-refreashing DRAM cells. They are used when you
- DONT want to battery-back them up. That's why they are cheap. There is some
- minor timing constraints, but generally they are just like a SRAM, except
- they suck power like DRAMS.
