  19. Tom, wiser words have seldom been spoken. I can only add that we need
  20. to teach responsible behavior through example, also. There is a growing
  21. tendency in this country for people to look for a way out of a difficult
  22. situation rather than shouldering their load.

  25. so that your child's record won't be marred with an unexcused absence?
