- I haven't done this in quite some time, but there really isn't a set
- recipe. Basically, you should just be able heat the water, add sugar
- until no more disolves (you need to supersaturate the solution), and
- then drop in your seed (or a string tied to a pencil for rock candy).
- Crystals should start to form as soon as the liquid cools, and should
- continue to grow for a day or so (I think...)

- Get a copy of the book "Crystals and Crystal Growing" by Alan Holden.
- It is filled with chrystal projects and ideas. The last time I did
- anything with crystals, it was out of this book.
