-
- Wait. As captain of my high school track team, my best 200 was a 22.5, while
- my best 400 was a 50 flat.
-
- --- Are we comparing repeat 22.5's in workouts (usually done with a
- RUNNING start) to a 22.5 run out of blocks in competition ?
- Is this an apples-apples or apples-oranges comparison ?
- Someone capable of several 22.5 repeats, in the right situation and
- in the right conditions could probably go sub 22 seconds out
- of blocks (if he or she pointed for it).
