- I have pain in my hamstring, from this area, about midpoint and
- towards the inside, everything below it to the knee is tight and hurts
- when I'm running. The pain I have is a buring sensation and muscles
- (hamstring and calf) that get tight and spasm. I also have the pain in
- my hamsting when i sit for extended periods of time. I've tried heating
- pads, ultrasound, diathermy, and even rest, but nothing seems to help.
- Any ideas? I would like to get running again as soon as possible as not
- to miss much of the indoor season.

- Thanks,
- Rich Hayes
