- Try leaving your weights at the gym instead of carrying them in a
- knapsack! ;) I bought a Mountainsmith "fanny pack" which is fairly
- large, and has wide padded straps and adjustments. I have done some
- trail running with it, and it's about as unobtrusive as anything as
- big could possibly be. I also turn it around and use it for light
- items I want to access while I'm wearing my full backpack. Looks
- like a bright red beer-belly, but adds a lot of capacity.
