- Thanks to everyone who responded. In summary, one can read the computer
- error codes in this car by counting the flashes of the power loss light
- after turning the ignition key on-off-on-off-on. This resulted in
- error 17--engine running too cool
- error 54--distributor sync pickup circuit
- I changed the Hall Effect Pick-Up in the distributor and everything
- seems to be working fine again. Thanks again for the advice.
