- My 92 Jeep also makes a clicking noise when the wiper delay is used.
- It is designed to do that. The delay circuit is opening and closing the
- wiper relay. The sound is the relay that is controlling the wiper motor
- on or off. The relay's are usually large to handle the high current
- demands of the wiper motors.
