  16. I need your help. Is it possible to determine the year when the
  17. car was produced by the serial number on its body ? I'm asking
  18. this for my friend. He bought the used car (Nissan Praire, the
  19. number JN100PM10U0003158) as 1985 model, but he suspects that
  20. it is actually 1983. This year stands on the safety belts; and
  21. there are problems with the spare parts. He is not able to
  22. contact the seller. If someone knows anything on the matter,
