  12. A few months ago my engine overheated as the result of a leaky heater hose.
  13. It runs very rough now, and will often die when I come to a stop.

  15. What normally happens to an engine when it overheats?  I don't think the
  16. head is warped or cracked since i don't appear to be getting water in my oil
  17. (isn't that usually one of the symptoms?).  Is it something that a person
  18. with limited experience in auto repair and lots of free time (schools out til
  19. mid januarary) should consider tackling.
  20. My car is a Dodge Shadow, with a 2.2 liter 4 cylinder turbo engine.
