  30. Is it always on the gas pedal?  Is there another way to do this?  I have
  31. a conversion that is running a Turbo 400 and I'm pretty sure there is no
  32. kickdown at all.  Sometimes the vacuum will cause a down shift, but not 
  33. really very often
