- I purchased a pair of BUF-03s from Newark Electronics, who has
- distributors all over the country. I believe I paid about $25 for a pair
- of EJ spec'ed but they also sell a few different versions.
-
- I recommend you get their catalog even if you don't buy it from them.
-
- Sorry, don't have their number with me right now. Try your Yellow pages.
-
- Incidentally, I'm using them as output buffers for a DAC I'm building.
- It'll also allow analog inputs to be sent straight through the pot/buffer.
-
- The DAC uses Crystal's CS8412, NPC's SM5813, BurrBrown's PCM63P, Analog
- Devices AD811 for IV conversion, passive deemphasis, and a GIC output
- filter using BurrBrown OPA2604 dual FET input opamps. Haven't built it
- yet but I've drawn up a schematic.
