  12. Here's my $0.02 worth.

  14. I purchased a Velodyne 810 and a pair of Advent Minis to complete my
  15. surround sound set-up.  My perspective was I wanted to get a good sub-
  16. woofer and a pair of good (and reasonably priced) smaller speakers, 
  17. as apposed to a dedicated subwoofer/sattelite system (i.e. Boss AM-5/7.)

  19. To be fair, I run the Velodyne to my front speakers, and use the Minis
  20. as dedicated rear channel/surround speakers.

  22. The Velodyne runs about $500 and is GREAT!
