- I have the Yamaha DSP (digital sound processor a1000) and I love it!
- They do have an E1000 unit that is not a preamp, just a surround processor,
- with the amps for center, rear, and front effect speakers. This is the only
- consumer unit below 1000.oo that has a true 7 channel surround. Most have only
- 5 channels, they have the additional front effect speakjers. I ran without
- these front effect speakers (not to be confused with the front main speakers)
- and when I added them, I was taken back! it sounded phenomenal!!! THe other
