  10. I am  a resident of  Northeast Philadelphia in  the area around  Frankford and
  11. Cottmon Aves.   After many years  of procrastination, the city  government has
  12. started picking  up recyclable goods in  my naighborhood.  This is  great, but
  13. they don't pick  up plastic.  I usually pass by  the U of P once a  month so I
  14. drop off plastics there, but this is an inconvenience.  I heard that there are
  15. some new  sites in various  naighborhoods where we  can drop off  plastics for
  16. recycling.  Does anyone have a list of these sites?  If there's one near me, I
  17. would like to know so I can stop dragging plastic bottles to Penn each month.
