  12. Last night, I needed my fire extinguisher to extinguish a fire that has been
  13. determined to be an arson of our dog's house.  Luckily, my parents discovered
  14. the fire before our home became involved.  According to the arson investigator
  15.  
  16. FD if it had gone 10 more minutes, our home would have become involved.  Flames
  17. were reaching 20 feet off the ground.

  19. The extinguisher that failed was a Kidde Fire Away 110.  The extinguisher had
  20. all of its inspection tags and pins intact.  1 A 10BC.  I purchased it only
  21. 1 month ago and it was made in September of 1992.

  23. Has anyone else had a Kidde extinguisher fail to operate?

  25. What brand extinguisher do you recommend?
