  10. Does anyone have information on junior firefighter programs?  I am specifically
  11. interested in insurance/liability issues, if any, in having junior members
  12. participate in training with the department.  So far we have been very informal
  13. with the handful of junior members, and would like to become more organized.  I
  14. have worked up a program proposal, but would be interested in what other
  15. volunteer departments do, and would be willing to share the program we have
  16. decided on.
