- This effect depends upon which strobe bar you select. Whelen uses a double
- impulse strobe flash to increase the duration of the visible effect. I find
- this as effective as halogen rotators, and much better than single pulse, short
- duration strobes. You can clearly see the double pulse effect on my favorite
- lightbar, the Whelen 8 strobe 9000 series bar (low profile rectangular).
