  12. After contemplating how the decrease in smokers is affecting
  13. domestic consumption of cigarrettes, i came up with an idea.

  15. RJR could put out a tobacco visa card, maybe give discounts
  16. for charged tobacco products, and if you keel over with a
  17. balance, they would write it off.

  19. gives shop 'til you drop a whole new meaning.

  21. they couldn't call it visa gold though,
  22. maybe "visa dingy brown".

  24. why haven't they done this yet? seems like a good idea to me.
