  16. Hi, I have a friend who has a piece of jewelry which has been appraised in
  17. europe for approximately 97,000.00 . This friend needs money and is considering
  18. selling the jewelry. How does one find a reputable jeweler who can handle this 
  19. kind of a sale. Is there an asscociation of jewelers? how does this work?
  20. Do you give them the jewelry on consignment? what's a normal commision then?
