- than pittsburgh, but the streets there gets cleared out fast, even
- the sidewalks are cleared of snow by the city. unlike pittsburgh,
- you are lucky if the city or borough comes to clean your street after
- several days. I never needed snow tires in cleveland, but it helped a lot
- in pittsburgh.
