- The fact is that, Jim ORDERED the merchandise and AGREED to pay
- after the delievery. I don't see why Jim can legally get out
- of this. If the mail order company forgets to send Jim a bill, have
- a nice gift for Christmas. If the company send the bill, Jim
- is definitely liable.
