  18. I have looked in the US BIP, and there SEEMS to be:
  19. 3 vol paperback
  20. ditto plus 2 vol of problems

  22. 3vol hard back
  23. ditto plus 2 vol problem

  25. 3 vol 'commemorative edition'

  27. Plus individual ISBNs for each of the individual volumes. What I THINK I want is
  28. the 3 vol com ed, plus the 2 vol of problems and examples.
