- I have looked in the US BIP, and there SEEMS to be:
- 3 vol paperback
- ditto plus 2 vol of problems

- ditto plus 2 vol problem

- Plus individual ISBNs for each of the individual volumes. What I THINK I want is
- the 3 vol com ed, plus the 2 vol of problems and examples.
