  15. Hi:
  16.     I have just begun to use gopher.  I want to be able 
  17. to build the elisp files to access gopher from within emacs, 
  18. however my site is lacking file "background.el".  Does anyone
  19. know where I can obtain it?  I have already looked at the
  20. archive at cis.ohio-state and unless background.el is part
  21. of a larger distribution package, it's not there.
