  14. I just loaded demacs and am over-joyed to find a real emacs for the
  15. DOS worlf actually exists. I have a question though:

  17. Is there anyway I can edit a text file in demacs and also view and
  18. edit the ascii symbols which respresent such things as end-of-line,
  19. tab, etc.etc... I am not talking about the translated versions of such
  20. symbols like ^M^L or the scan codes like \13. I want to see, produce
  21. and edit the ascii symbols directly.
