  11. I have got a simple question which I believe is not a FAQ: Is
  12. it possible to mark a rectangular region and apply all kind of
  13. commands related with region (e.g., upcase-region,
  14. downcase-region, capitalize-region, center-region, indent-region, 
  15. etc...) to such a rectangular region? Obviously, functions in 
  16. rect.el only offer limited commands to deal with rectangular 
  17. regions.
