  18. I've always found credit unions to offer me the best deal, that is
  19. if you can get into one.  My credit union offers me free, interest 
  20. bearing checking account, an ATM card (only two locations, but close to 
  21. DC) and the only minimum balance I have to maintain is $5 in my savings 
  22. account.  The interest rates are good to boot!
