  10. I am seeking information on where and how to obtain outlined fonts
  11. for X11R4.  By outlined fonts, I mean fonts with shadow all around
  12. (not the scalable outline fonts available in X11R5).
  13. I am emulating it by writing text eight times with a couple pixels 
  14. offset in each direction in black, and then follow by the 9th write
  15. in the center with white.  The performance is kind of slow.
