  10. I just upgraded my DECstations to Ultrix 4.3, and now I have problems
  11. with sendmail. There has been some change in the treatment of the DR
  12. macro (for the general purpose relay host), which I cannot figure out
  13. how to handle.

  15. If my interpretation is correct, what has happened is that sendmail
  16. adds my local domain name to the address. My local domain is nbi.dk,
  17. so when I send to user@somenode.somedomain sendmail delivers an address
  18. user@somenode.somedomain.nbi.dk to the relay machine. This happens with
  19. sendmail.cf for as well Ultrix 4.2 as 4.3, so the problem must be in
  20. sendmail itself.

  22. Mail to addresses that are resolved by the nameserver as nodenames are
  23. delivered correctly.

  25. Have others seen this problem and possibly found a solution to it?
