- I want the source files for man so I can add /usr/local/man to the defualt man
- search path.
-
- anyone know where I could get them??
-
- Use the Perl version, like we do. You should be able to find it at all good
- archive sites (try asking archie) but in a pinch you could use anon-ftp
- to black.ox.ac.uk (129.67.1.165) as /src/man.shar.Z
-
- Not only does the Perl version give you full control of the man path,
- it has a lot of extra goodies and runs markedly faster (on our
- machine, your milage may vary).
-
- If you're *really* stuck, I could mail it to you, but I don't want to
- have to do that until you've tried the alternatives.
