  29. Technically the respondent is correct, but with the -ansi and -pedantic flags
  30. you pretty much have strict ANSI compliance. Anyway, I suspect the requester
  31. was not so much interested in a compiler that tosses out every program with
  32. non-ANSI features as one that supports all ANSI features. If that is the case,
  33. then gcc meets the criteria.
