  21. You can also use a binary-capable editor like emacs to edit the image.
  22. Just look for, and change:
  23.       ns.nic.ddn.mil^@
  24. to:   nic.ddn.mil^@ISU

  26. where ^@ is the "nul" ascii character, and ISU is any 3 characters
  27. to pad everything out evenly.
