  18. The C++ compiler that DEC sells comes with an ansi C compiler as part
  19. of the package.  It works for me.

  21. There's also gcc.  
  22. It's free, but you have to ftp it and build from source.
  23. (Or get it from a kind soul who's already built it and willing to pass it on.)
