  23. The Mail User's Shell (Mush) is an interface for sending and
  24. manipulating a database of electronic mail messages under
  25. the UNIX(TM) environment.  The interface is similar to
  26. conventional mail readers such as System V mailx yet
  27. contains more powerful commands for manipulating large
  28. amounts of mail and multiple folders. Mush also supports
  29. a subset of the following aspects of the csh:
  30.             o Command history.
  31.             o Command line aliasing.
  32.             o "Piping" mechanism to redirect "input" and "output" of
  33.             commands.
  34.             o Filename metacharacters.
  35.  
  36. There are several sample Mush rc files provided in /etc/mail/mush.
  37. The file /etc/mail/mush/Mailrc can be used to emulate UCB mail.
  38. A long manual page is provided in the package.
