- We use Dell SVR4 here as well, and also found that the system did not "support"
- 14.4K speeds. According to what was told to me, 14.4 is a "standard" RS-232C
- baud and so you couldn't use it. The solution? Tell the system to use
- 38400 (which is a standard speed) for the 14400 modem. The modem will still
- talk over the phone line at 14.4, but it will communicate with the serial
- port at 38.4. Everyone is happy.
