  20. Dell has an escape clause that sometimes helps if the problem is
  21. just a bad kernel build.  When you boot up it gives you a few seconds
  22. to hit the space bar and get a prompt for an alternate kernel to
  23. boot.  Unix.old is always the last copy that worked.
