- What bothers me is not *functional* NT but *functioning* NT. Less
- than half the system calls I tried with Windows 3.1 worked as
- documented in the Device Driver Kit, and a substantial number of
- them simply caused Windows to exit silently. It worries me that
- we seem to be getting pushed in the direction of adopting a system
- that pushes our porting costs sky high and results in the flakiest
- versions of our software.....
