  16. The ICA toolkit provides the basic tools for doing this sort of thing,
  17. by using an SGML DTD for the intermediate. I have been involved with
  18. the CFCM effort to provide an SGML DTD for online documentation (man
  19. pages), but I haven't been tracking it lately.
