- Hi all
- I am new to this group so if this a frequently asked one join the club who thinks most of a my brain cells are on a permanent holiday.
- I've got bsd installed on a 386 with 150 MB SCSI. We have a file server
- which already got everything on it. What I want to do it to call as much
- of the stuff needed of the server. Stuff that if not there will still allow
- me to do some work on the machine.
- So far I've got X sitting on it (yeah, some may disagree on how vital it is
- to not have it on the server) and everything under /usr/share.
- Even if the server is down I (which happens seldom) I can still boot up
- and do some work.
- Question: What else can I put on the server - so far I am using about 23 MB
- of stuff local and want to reduce it below 20 MB.
- Any suggestions?
-
- Any suggestions/help will be much appreciated.
-
- Thanx
- Greg
